RestautoManager is committed to providing our customers with high-quality restaurant management software and services. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which we will issue refunds for our products and services.

Services

  • Full Refund: We offer a full refund within 3 days of purchase for our software products if you are not satisfied with the product.
  • Limited Refund: After 24 hours of purchase(in the case of “Yearly Plan "), we don’t refund for the first month. And you’ll get a refund for the remaining 11 months.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 1 business day. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within Next 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply to:

  • Refunds requested after the applicable refund period has expired.
  • Charges for services rendered or products used.
  • Refunds for discontinued products or services.
